On November 3 and 4, 2012, from 12-4pm, as part of the Iams Home 4 the Holidays 2012 campaign, The Winnipeg Humane Society will participate in a Canada-wide adoption event held at various Canadian Tire locations. In Winnipeg, three Canadian Tire stores will participate, and The WHS will have animals available for adoption at each one.
Animals will be available for adoption at the St. Boniface (157 Vermillion Road), Polo Park (750 St. James Street) and McPhillips (2305 McPhillips Street) Canadian Tire locations.
Just like always, we ask that adopters bring the whole family and photo ID with a current address with them.
If you’re not looking to adopt, there are many items available for purchase at all times at Canadian Tire that are on our Wish List. Simply let the cashier know that the items are for The WHS and they will collect them for you.
